Terms & Conditions for Pulsarmania Contest

By participating in the Pulsarmania Contest (“Contest”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions

• The contest will be active from 15 Feb 2025, 6PM IST - 15 Mar 2025, 6 PM IST Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
• The contest is open to Indian citizens residing in India only
• Participation in the contest implies that participants agree to all Terms and conditions of the contest.
• By participating, entrants grant Bajaj Auto Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share their submitted content for promotional purposes. Participants retain ownership of their content but agree that Bajaj Auto Limited use it across marketing channels without additional compensation
• To be eligible for the contest, the Participants need to be following the brand page on Instagram @mypulsarofficial, shall tag the handle with their reel/post using #EnterTheDare (or the finalized campaign name) and the post must feature them riding the bike N 160 at the nearest Pulsarmania event only.
• Participants must own the rights to the content they post and ensure it does not violate any third-party copyrights or trademarks. Any post containing offensive, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate material will be disqualified.
• Participants must have permission from any individuals appearing in their content before posting.
• The organizer is not responsible for any technical errors, lost submissions, or disruptions that may affect participation, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Bajaj Auto Limited from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their participation.
• The entries will only be considered valid if the brand handle is tagged correctly along with the hashtag.
• Please ensure your profile must be public for us to view your entry
• Winners will be chosen based on engagement (Likes, Shares, Comments relative to Views). To qualify for the grand prize, entries must achieve a minimum of 160,000 engagement (like, comment or share).
• To qualify for the runner up prize (second standing), entries must achieve a minimum of 50,000 engagement (like, comment or share)
• Please ensure your entries must come from authentic profiles and original content to be valid which should be appropriate, and relevant to the event.
• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
• The consideration period for counting engagement will be 15 Feb 2025, 6 PM IST - 25 Mar 2025, 6 PM IST, any engagement coming on the participating entries post this period will be rejected due to efflux of time.
• Winners will be determined based on post engagement (likes, shares, comments) and creativity, as judged by the organizing team. The decision of the judges is final and binding. Winners will be announced by 31st March 2025 via official social media handle.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to availability.
• Bajaj Auto Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice. By entering, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of India, Courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
