Pune, 18th June, 2025 – Triumph Motorcycles India is thrilled to launch a brand-new colour way for the bestselling Speed T4: The striking and awe-inspiring Baja Orange. Born out of the infinite fleeting moments of
nature, Baja Orange draws its inspiration from the glow of desert dawns and the vibrancy of golden hour
rides, reimagined on two wheels.
Debuting at INR 2.05 lakh (ex-showroom), the Baja Orange Speed T4 is the segment's first 400cc
motorcycle to feature this iconic hue, a signature Triumph colour that's been etched into the minds of
bike enthusiasts on the Street Triple 765 R & Scrambler 1200 XE. The new colour adds to the current
palette of:
- Caspian Blue / Pearl White
- Lava Red Gloss / Pearl White
- Phantom Black / Pearl White
- Phantom Black / Storm Grey
Designed for riders who chase both performance and presence, the Speed T4 wears its colours like a badge
of character: vibrant, warm and unforgettable.
A Design That Stops You in Your Tracks
With its brushed steel finished exhaust, 3D Speed T4 badge, new frame colour, and tyre stripe pattern,
the Speed T4 in Baja Orange stands out with a bold yet refined look. It's meant for riders who don't merely
desire performance, but presence.
Power Meets Poise
The Triumph Speed T4 is equipped with a 400cc unit producing 31 PS @ 7,000 rpm and 36 Nm @ 5,000
rpm, with good low-end torque in the range of 3,500–5,500 rpm. Enthusiasts will appreciate the accurate
throttle response, slipper clutch for easy downshifting and reassuring dual-channel ABS and 43 mm
telescopic forks.
Accelerating Momentum in the 400cc Segment
Triumph Motorcycles 400 series is experiencing significant momentum, posting an impressive 30% yearover-year growth from FY24 to FY25. The Speed T4 in particular has emerged as a major growth driver,
having doubled its own volume since its October 2024 launch.
This strong demand is not only fuelling the success of the Speed T4 but also contributing to the overall
expansion of the Modern Classic Triumph 400 series, which has now firmly established itself as the #2
player in the classic motorcycle segment.
The success of the Triumph 400s—Speed & Scrambler—underscores the growing preference among
Indian riders for modern classics, a demand Triumph is effectively meeting and accelerating at the expense
of its rivals.
Refined in Nature. Rooted in Heritage.
The Speed T4 is part of Triumph’s celebrated Modern Classic range, combining British motorcycling
heritage with modern engineering. The new Baja Orange honors this tradition while encouraging a new
generation of riders to discover something ageless in a timeless colour.
Whether it's dawn breaking over the Himalayas or sunset on an open road, Baja Orange is for those
indelible moments of riding.
