PT. Bajaj Auto Indonesia is a 99.25% subsidiary of Bajaj Auto in Indonesia. It is engaged in trading, import & export of Bajaj Auto’s two-wheelers & three-wheelers in Indonesia.

Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV is a 100% subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Ltd., based out of Netherlands. The company is engaged in investment activities. Over the years, Bajaj Auto has invested a total of €198.1 million (Rs 1,219 crore) in KTM Group, Austria through this subsidiary.

Bajaj Auto (Thailand) Ltd. was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary in Thailand with an issued and subscribed share capital of Thai Baht (THB) 45 million (Rs. 11 crore). Under this subsidiary, Bajaj Auto has set up International Business Centre and Engineering Design Centre.

Bajaj Auto Spain, S. L. is a 100% subsidiary of Bajaj Auto based out of Barcelona, Spain. Under this subsidiary, Bajaj Auto has set up a Design Studio/office in Spain.

Chetak Technology Limited is incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Ltd. to leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving mobility space and to venture into the manufacturing of Electric and Hybrid vehicles in the 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler and light 4-wheeler categories.

Bajaj Auto Consumer Finance Limited is a 100% captive finance subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Limited established for the purpose of running it as an NBFC, exclusively to finance vehicles manufactured and/or marketed by Bajaj Auto Limited and its subsidiaries/associates. Application for registration of the company as NBFC has been made to RBI & the matter is under process.
