"Bajaj" means Bajaj Auto Limited, Akurdi, Pune – 411035, India.

"Pulsar Underground" or "Platform" means the website, microsite, or digital property dedicated to the Pulsar Underground campaign, owned and managed by Bajaj Auto Limited.

"User" or "You" means any visitor, participant, or contributor to the Platform.

The Platform is operated directly by Bajaj Auto Limited ("Bajaj") or authorized third parties expressly indicated. These terms govern the use of the Pulsar Underground platform which includes the website, microsite, or any digital property dedicated to the Pulsar Underground campaign, owned and managed by Bajaj ("Platform") and participation in Pulsar Underground challenges. By accessing or using the Platform, the users ("User" or "you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. They outline User responsibilities and limit Bajaj's liability.

By accessing or using any part of this Platform, the User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with any part, You are not permitted to use the Platform.

The Platform serves as a collaborative space for users to create, upload, and share original content, including but not limited to videos, music albums, and other creative works. To enhance the creative process, the Platform integrates with Gemini and other AI-powered tools, providing users with advanced features for ideation, editing, and content development.

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you:

(i) Are of legal age, (ii) Competent to enter a contract under the laws of India. You further acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you meet and continue to meet such eligibility criteria at all times while using the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if it becomes aware, or has reason to believe, that you do not satisfy such legal or regulatory requirements under the applicable law. (iii) Users may only use the Platform for legitimate, original submissions to Pulsar Underground challenges. (iv) No speculative, fraudulent, offensive, or plagiarized content is permitted. (v) Any AI-generated outputs must originate from the Platform's provided AI tools or approved toolkits. (vi) Users must be 18 years or older (or 14+ with parental/guardian consent).

You agree to provide only true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or using the Platform. You must promptly update your information if it changes or if requested by the Platform or any relevant authority. If you submit false, misleading, or incomplete information, the Platform may suspend or terminate your access, reject your application, and you may also be liable under applicable laws.

You are responsible for keeping your login details, passwords, OTPs, and other access methods secure. Do not share your credentials with anyone and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the Platform immediately.

By using the Platform and submitting or uploading any content to the Platform ("Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You shall use the Platform, create Content using the Platform and publish such Content in accordance with applicable laws, including any laws, regulations and guidelines in relation to influencer and social media marketing. • When publishing the Content on your personal social media accounts (only after prior approval from Bajaj in accordance with these Terms), you shall use the following language in the subject line, "This is an ad. The content has been created using the Pulsar Underground Platform." • You are the sole creator and owner of the Content, or you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the Content to the Platform. • The Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party. • The Content does not depict, encourage, or promote illegal, unsafe, or reckless conduct. • Any statements, depictions, or claims in the Content are true, accurate, and not misleading. • You have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that the creation of the Content did not endanger you, any other person, animals, or property. • The Content does not contain any offensive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful material. • The Content does not include unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted works.

You must not share with us, publish or post any Content on the Platform, that is defamatory, pornographic, obscene, pedophilic, invasive of the privacy of others, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law.

• Is harmful to children. • Deceives or misleads the addressee regarding the origin of the message or information which is patently false or misleading but may reasonably be perceived as a fact. • Impersonates another person. • Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of any country, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation(s). • Contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource. • Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person. • Violates any law for the time being in force.

You agree to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and in a manner that respects the rights and integrity of other users, the Platform, and third parties. You expressly agree that you shall not, directly, or indirectly:

• Misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or legal capacity in any form, including by submitting false, misleading, forged, altered, or fraudulent documents or information for the purpose of accreditation or otherwise. • Impersonate any individual or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or organization, or mislead others as to your affiliation or authority. • Engage in any form of fraudulent, illegal, unethical, or deceptive behaviour while using the Platform, including but not limited to manipulation of data, submission of fabricated financial information, or misuse of credentials. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, including user accounts, data, systems, services, networks, or infrastructure, whether through hacking, phishing, social engineering, use of bots or automated tools, password mining, or other unlawful means. • Deploy or introduce any viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful code intended to damage or interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Platform or any associated systems or data. • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Platform, including any features that restrict or prevent copying of content or enforce limitations on use. • Use the Platform for the purpose of conducting or promoting any activities that are criminal, fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws. • Access or use the Platform for data mining, scraping, harvesting, or extracting information from or about other users or the Platform itself, whether manually or through automated means, without express written authorization. • Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any page of the Platform without prior written consent, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform. • Use the Platform to solicit, advertise, or promote any products or services without the prior written authorization of the Platform operator. • Engage in any conduct that is intended or likely to cause reputational harm, legal exposure, or other damage to Bajaj.

The Platform, all content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, toolkits, overlays, logos, sound effects, AI outputs, and music) is the property of Bajaj Auto Limited and/or its licensors.

Reproduction, duplication, downloading, publication, distribution, or commercial use of Platform materials in any form is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Bajaj.

Since you are creating Content using Bajaj's proprietary rights and properties, any Content developed by You on the Platform shall be owned by Bajaj. You hereby assign all rights, title and interest in such Content to Bajaj in perpetuity and worldwide territory.

You hereby waive any moral rights that you may have in relation to such Content, to the extent allowed under applicable laws. You hereby waive your right of reversion as set out under Section 19(4) of the Copyright Act, 1957 or any other law analogous thereto.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

"Bajaj" and "Pulsar" are registered trademarks of Bajaj Auto Limited. All other names, trade names, trademarks, logos, bike imagery, and challenge branding used on the Platform are proprietary to Bajaj.

Third-party trademarks (if any) are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly forbidden.

Bajaj grants to Users the limited right to use such Marks solely for the purpose of creating content on the Platform and using that content in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Bajaj does not guarantee: • Uninterrupted access or error-free experience, • Accuracy or reliability of AI outputs, • Winning, recognition, or gratification.

Users participate at their own risk. Any stunts, performances, or recordings must comply with local laws. Users must not engage in dangerous, illegal, or unsafe activities, and must ensure that their actions do not endanger themselves, bystanders, or property.

The Platform and its affiliates do not encourage, endorse, or promote reckless riding, overspeeding, or violation of traffic laws or any other laws. Any themes such as "daring", "thrill", "maniac energy" or "fastest" are intended only for creative expression in a safe and lawful manner. The Platform is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from content created or activities performed by Users.

All motorcycle imagery in promotions depicts professional riders under controlled conditions. Never attempt unsafe actions on public roads.

The AI-powered tools integrated into the Platform (including Gemini) are provided solely as supplementary features to assist users in their creative process. Users acknowledge that such tools are third party tools and Bajaj is not responsible for any use of such tools. Further, such tools are experimental in nature and may generate outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for use without independent review.

The Platform does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, originality, legality of any output generated by the AI-powered tools on the Platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying and evaluating the suitability of such outputs before use and publication.

Users remain fully responsible for ensuring that all Content, whether created independently or using AI-powered tools, complies with applicable laws (including copyright, trademark, and data protection laws) and does not infringe any third-party rights.

All submissions must feature a Pulsar motorcycle (real, AI-generated, or toolkit asset). Use of at least one Pulsar Toolkit element (logos, SFX, bike PNGs) is mandatory where specified.

Only original content created by the User will be accepted. Plagiarized or recycled entries will be disqualified. All content must comply with the requirements set out in Section D above. Bajaj reserves the right to review all content submitted by a User.

Any content will be published on the Platform only after review and approval by Bajaj's team.

Bajaj shall identify and approve Content which Users may publish on their personal social media accounts. Only such approved Content can be published by Users on their personal social media accounts.

Submissions must tag @mypulsarofficial and include the hashtag #PulsarUnderground when shared on Instagram or other social platforms. The subject line must provide:

"This is an ad. The content has been created using the Pulsar Underground Platform."

No fixed deadline — weekly rolling challenges.

Participants acknowledge that challenge submissions may lead to rewards, subject to eligibility and verification by the Pulsar Bajaj Team.

Standard Gratifications include: • Follow-backs from Pulsar's official social media handles. Such follow-backs are discretionary and may be withdrawn (unfollowed) at any time, including but not limited to instances of inactivity, inappropriate content, or conduct inconsistent with Bajaj's brand values or community guidelines. • Features on Pulsar's official social media and campaign content. • Invitations to exclusive offline events, meet-ups, and creator masterclasses. • Pulsar branded merchandise and limited-edition drops.

Apex Gratifications include: • For College Students → A Virtual Internship with the Pulsar Team and a Pulsar NS200 motorcycle. • For Aspiring Creators → An Internship with Collective Media and a Pulsar NS200 motorcycle.

The selection process for gratifications will be at the discretion of the Pulsar Bajaj Team and/or Collective Media, and their decision shall be final and binding. Users acknowledge and agree that: • Gratifications are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. • The availability, nature, or value of gratifications may be changed, substituted, or withdrawn by Bajaj at any time without prior notice. • Receipt of any gratification does not imply endorsement, partnership, or employment with Bajaj. • Bajaj shall not be responsible for any taxes, levies, or other charges arising in connection with the receipt of a gratification, which shall be the sole responsibility of the User. • Bajaj reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the contest at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason. In such cases, Bajaj shall have no liability to any User for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred, and no User shall be entitled to claim any gratification, compensation, or damages as a result of such cancellation or modification.

How do I earn points in Pulsar Underground? You can earn points through your activity: • Shares & engagement – Each share = 3 points. Likes and comments also count (Likes = 0.5 point, Comments = 2 points). • e.g. Likes = 2000 → 2000 × 0.5 = 1000 points | Comments = 300 → 300 × 2 = 600 points | Shares = 150 → 150 × 3 = 450 points

Where can I track my points? • Your points will be updated automatically within the contest system. There is no separate dashboard or wallet.

Daily limits – can I go beyond? • No. The system has limits for fairness: • Max 3 creations total per user.

What rewards do I get for my points? Bottom Layer – Participation • Criteria: Earn 500 points. • Reward: Rs 1,000 Amazon Voucher. (500 winners)

Middle Layer – Rising Creators • Criteria: Top 50 leaderboard (min 5,000 points). • Reward: Rs 5,000 Amazon Voucher + Pulsar Underground Hoodie.

Top Layer – Hero Creators • Criteria: Top 5 creators (min 15,000 points). • Reward: Pulsar NS200 Motorcycle + shoutout by a KOL.

Apex Layer – Winners • Pulsar NS400 + 2-month Bajaj Virtual Internship.

Do my points expire? • Points are valid only during this contest period. Once the campaign ends, unused points expire.

Do I need to register to earn points? • Yes. Registration is mandatory to be counted in the contest.

Bajaj shall not be liable for: • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, • Loss of data, profits, or reputation, • Misuse of content by other Users, • Injuries, accidents, or damages arising from unsafe riding or challenge participation.

If Bajaj is held liable notwithstanding the above, liability shall not exceed the value of any gratification offered in the challenge. INR 10,000.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bajaj, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(i) Any Content you submit, upload, or share on the Platform, including claims of intellectual property infringement, violation of privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights; (ii) Any breach of these Terms; (iii) Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or traffic and safety rules in connection with your use of the Platform or creation of Content; (iv) Any injury, loss, or damage caused to yourself, other persons, animals, or property in the course of creating or publishing Content; (v) Any claims or disputes relating to your participation in gratifications, rewards, or contests; and (vi) Any unauthorized or negligent use of your account credentials.

This indemnity obligation will survive termination of your access to the Platform and is in addition to any other remedies available to Bajaj under law.

The Platform may include third-party materials, AI tools, or links. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply any endorsement or responsibility by the Company for the content, services, or practices of such third parties. Access and use of such third-party websites or services is entirely at your own risk. Bajaj does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of such content.

• User data submitted for participation (including name, social handles, uploaded files) will be collected and processed by Bajaj in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. All use by Bajaj shall be governed by the Privacy Policy. • We do not collect any sensitive personal data or information such as financial information, sexual orientation, health related information and any other types of information recognised under the law as "sensitive personal data or information" on the Platform and Users shall ensure that no such information is disclosed in the Content. • The Platform may use cookies for functionality and analytics. • By participating, You consent to Bajaj's use of Your content for marketing, promotional, and showcase purposes, without further notice or compensation.

Bajaj reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason as Bajaj may deem fit.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between You and Bajaj regarding Pulsar Underground. Bajaj may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
