1. Production constraints limited sale of high end Bajaj motorcycles as demand exceeded supply. Higher capacities planned in this segment will considerably improve the supply position from April.
   
2. The new Plant at Pantnagar in Uttarakhand commences commercial production on 9th April 2007. All preparations including trial production, at our facilities as well as at our Vendors’ facilities, are proceeding as scheduled.
   
3. Simultaneously, development activities and production preparation activities for the all new motorcycle platform, to enable consumers move away from 100 cc segment, are progressing to plan for slated launch in July-September quarter.
   
4. Three wheeler sales continues to be steady.
   
5. Export of both 2 and 3 wheelers, continues to be robust.
 
6. With anticipated good sales in March, 2007 Bajaj expects to close this financial year with record high volumes, Motorcycle Market share, revenues and profits.
