Bajaj Motorcycle and 2 wheeler market shares have increased from 27.5% and 24.2% in April-December 2004 to estimated 30.2% and 26.5% respectively in April-December 2005.

Bajaj expects to stabilize motorcycle volumes at 200,000 units per month during January-March 2006. Towards this
end, Bajaj is launching an all new motorcycle in the Value Segment during this quarter.

Other than this product, Bajaj will be show-casing "Bajaj 2006 Collection" at the 8th Auto Expo to be held in Delhi
during January, 2006. This Collection includes several new Scooters and Motorcycles, all of which are to be launched during 2006.
