  • The Bajaj CT 100 completed a cumulative sale of "ONE MILLION" vehicles since its launch in May 2004, in only 13 months, probably a world record for a single model.

To enhance customer value further, the Bajaj CT 100 is undergoing an upgrade incorporating the ExhausTec (patent applied) and advanced SNS (Spring -in-Spring) rear suspension (patent applied) - bringing class leading ride comfort to this product. Production constraints associated with this change resulted in lower sales of CT 100 model in June; the gap will progressively ease by September 2005.

  • The Bajaj Discover DTSi completed a cumulative sale of 200,000 vehicles since its launch in September 2004.

The Bajaj Discover DTSi model is also undergoing an upgrade in July. New Color & Graphics, Alloy wheels and SNS suspension enhance the customer value of the package. Sales are expected to grow to 25,000 units.

  • The Pulsar DTSi twins continued to steam ahead recording a total sales volume of 32,468 units during the month v/s 23,515 units sold in June 2004 - a growth of 38%.

  • The Bajaj Avenger rolled out of Chakan factory on 10th June 2005 and 1,059 units have been sold in June. This amazing cruiser bike at an unbelievable ex-showroom price of Rs. 60,000/- is estimated to clock monthly volumes of 3,000 units in the coming months.
