Suman Kirloskar (born April 22, 1935) is a science graduate.

A well-known social worker, Ms Kirloskar is actively involved in the welfare of women and children. She is associated with the Mahila Seva Mandal (a rescue home for women and their children) and Empress Garden as chairperson. She is also the chairperson of the 40-year-old women’s industrial enterprise, Mahila Udyog Ltd, which manufactures thin walled bearings. She is a trustee of the Ravi Kirloskar Quality Prize Trust and the Sanjeevan Vidyalaya Trust.

She joined the board of Bajaj Auto Ltd on October 23, 2002.
