It has recently come to our attention that certain unauthorized persons and entities are fraudulently posting deceptive messages, advertisements, images, and other misleading content on Facebook, Google, social media platforms, and various websites, and/or impersonating as Bajaj Auto representatives and unlawfully soliciting money from job seekers.

Such fraudulent activities involve misuse of the name, trademark, and logo of Bajaj Auto Ltd and wrongful claims of offering employment with the Company. These actions are illegal, fraudulent, and intended to deceive the public. The individuals or entities behind them are likely attempting to collect money or obtain sensitive personal information under false pretences.

Bajaj Auto Ltd. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable or responsible for any act, loss, damage, or consequence arising out of or in connection with such false advertisements, posts, impersonations, or solicitations.

We hereby clarify that

• Bajaj Auto Ltd. does not authorize, permit, or engage any third party, agency, or individual to collect money, fees, deposits, or charges of any kind from any candidate for recruitment purposes.
• Neither Bajaj Auto Ltd. nor any of its authorized recruitment partners will ever seek payment from candidates at any stage of the hiring process.
