Mr V S Raghavan
CEO (Operations)


Mr. Raghavan joined Bajaj in March 1984 and worked with erstwhile Bajaj Auto Limited in various capacities. He was Vice President (Corporate Finance) immediately before the demerger of the company. After the demerger of the Company, he has been designated as CEO (Operations) of the Company with effect from 20 February, 2008.

A Science graduate, Mr. Raghavan completed his CA in 1976.



Mandar Velankar
Company Secretary

Mr. Mandar Velankar joined Bajaj in December, 2007 as Assistant Company Secretary of erstwhile Bajaj Auto Limited. After the demerger, he has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 20 February, 2008.

A Commerce graduate, Mr. Mandar Velankar completed his CS in 2000.
